After transitioning from accounting into recruiting, Amanda discovered her passion for connecting exceptional talent with opportunities where they can thrive. She began her recruiting career with a boutique agency before founding Tailored Placements, where she continues to help clients identify highly qualified candidates who bring professionalism, reliability, and long-term value to their roles.

Through Tailored Placements, Amanda partners with clients nationwide, with primary recruiting hubs in New York, California, and Florida.
