Maintenance Technician | Fort Lauderdale, FL
We are seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for a private estate in Fort Lauderdale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in carpentry, general maintenance, and lawn care or landscaping who is interested in transitioning into the private estate industry and growing long-term. Responsibilities will include general property maintenance, basic carpentry and repairs, minor drywall and painting work, lawn and landscape upkeep, pressure washing, basic irrigation support, routine property inspections, preventive maintenance, assisting outside vendors and contractors, maintaining tools and equipment, and helping with special projects as needed. Previous private estate experience is not required. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, mechanically inclined, dependable, professional, eager to learn, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. Full-Time Live-Out Nanny | Miami Beach / South Beach, FL
We are seeking an experienced, nurturing Full-Time Live-Out Nanny for a lovely couple relocating to the Miami/South Beach area with a toddler and a new baby arriving soon. The family will be settled in Miami in October but is happy to begin interviewing now. They are looking for someone who can become a long-term part of their family and work closely alongside Mom, who is very hands-on and actively involved with the children. The schedule is Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Weekend Nanny | Downtown New York City, NY
We are seeking an experienced Weekend Nanny for a wonderful family in Downtown New York City with a toddler and a newborn on the way. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays for approximately 10 hours per day, with 20 guaranteed hours per week. Weekend hours are flexible and will typically fall around 10:00 AM–6:00/7:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00/6:00 PM. Additional overnight flexibility is important, particularly during summer travel to the family’s second home in Westchester and when the parents travel.
